MAIN DISHES
A la Carte pricing is $3.00 per person per item. Chicken Breasts are available upon request at an additional cost. Add homemade rolls for $3.75 per dozen.
Ox Roast
Slow roasted beef marinated in our own spice mix topped with chopped onions and garlic. Sliced thin and served in au jus.
Sausage and Peppers
We start off with our own natural casing sweet Italian sausage made under our roof and mix in marinated bell peppers and onions.
Baked Chicken
Chicken drums and thighs individually hand tossed in our own seasoned bread crumbs.
BBQ Chicken
Chicken drums and thighs smothered in our own BBQ sauce
Baked Ham
Slow cooked buffet ham slices with a brown sugar glaze

Boneless chicken breast stuffed with homemade stuffing and topped with homemade gravy
BBQ Pulled Pork
We park these pork roasts in the oven for a full day at low temperatures, hand pull them, and then simmer in our own BBQ sauce.
Bacon Mac and Cheese
Shells tossed in our homemade cheese sauce. The only way to make it better...add bacon
